Hi Amulya, it is a crochetted skirt that I picked up for $5 from a bargin bin at Syd Med Fest. It was so pretty I couldn't pass it up at that price but never had anything to wear with it until I made the bra/belt pictured. I'm still toying with different ideas on how to lengthen it though.
I had the dress custom-made for me when I was in Egypt by Hanan. It's one of my favorite costumes!
