OK, I am not a big expert on this but it does not look like an Egyptian film but possibly a Lebanese film from the early 70's.
The military men were wearing Turkish Fez's (larger than the Egyptian and the opposite shape). One of the guys said Aman Ya'Rubi Aman but it is not an Arabic expression (Ya'Rubi is my God in Arabic). |

If it helps I have a copy of this clip myself and its from a Lebanese film Safar Barlik from 1966 the dancer I have been told the dancer is Kawakib but others have named her Mirvat. Not sure whose right.
Imdb have more info on it here: Safar barlek (1966) I imagine their speaking turkish as the film appears to be about the Ottoman occupation. Sita

This is a LEBANESE movie made in the 60's called Safar Barlik (the Exile) produced by the Rahbani Brothers, and starring Fairuz. One of the Rahbani brother was Fairuz's husband. The film is about the occupation of Lebanon by the Ottoman Turks, hence the Turkish army officers speaking in Turkish.
The dancer has been identified by Suha Azar as Kawakeb, a Lebanese dancer. Suha learned the dancer's identity from Mansour el Rahbani, whom she asked. Kawakeb was very popular in Lebanon in the 60's. Regards Priscilla |
