I love it when people are commited to something and realy do their best to get the best result and she is doing ...bravo...it is chalenging (ofcourse i spell that wrong) i gonna try to see how it works and try at home (but i dont want ever anybody peeking in lol...but very interesting

Actually -- this looks like the exercise Delilah (Seattle) demos in her 2-video how-to set. May look odd, but certainly is effective in developing the desired muscular control . . .

I agree with Kat; I remember seeing Delilah do that on one of her videos! My dance partner and I used to watch that and go 'ewwww!' Still, absolutely fascinating what the human body can do!

That just goes to show how committed she is to her yoga practice. It never ceases to amaze me to see what the human body can do.
