There is already a thread on this subject and seeing as only the performance and her entrance from the wings from shown..what about a cover-up? This was a theatre performance, she wasn't waiting in the corner of a restaurant covered so the diners couldn't see her costume before she danced ..her audience didn't see her until she emerged .
She made her entrance straight from the wings and had a minute to dance in. Do the BDSS stand in the wings in their cover-ups ? I think not!
Did Aida Nour and Asmahan use them standing in the wings at our local festivals I think not.

I think you are nit-picking. She was very tastefully dressed anyway.

If you were to use a coverup, wouldn't you remove it before going on stage anyway? I wouldn't like to get "undressed" on stage for fear of the strip-factor.

no insult my darling .
I just wondered why you thought a stage performance needed a cover-up before going on ( unless you were cold of course). A cover-up is surely when your audience can see before you perform ,like the restuarant dancer hovering in the loo or back of restaurant.

Yes I totally understand your point, but my point is if I'm talking before I preform and stuff I prefer to be covered up i dunno if this makes any sense, im not very good with words.

I understood you ellybelly. She was in the waiting area to start with, and wasn't covered then. So although it wasn't her audience, maybe she should have covered up then, when she was waiting with the other contestants and being interviewed etc. Personally I have no opinion on that, and could easily be they told her to take it off for the interview
