Dieting anyone?

I try not to think of it as a "deit" but more of a life style change.
I have been transforming the way I am eating, and have lsot 5 pounds already.
I eat TONNNSSS of fruits, and lots of veggies and soups.
alot of alfalfa sprouts and tofu (im a vegetarian.)
I dont eat straight dairy, or eggs. they have to be in something.
No two concentrated foods together, and never any fruit right after or before a meal.
Keeps me healthy, and getting the toxins out of my body.
lots of belly dancing and yoga.
It's all just a mindset really, to help change your eating habbits and make yourself healthier.
