People may have already seen this, but I came across this blog of song translations which I hadn't seen before. They aren't typically "dance" songs, but what I really appreciated was the background to the songs, and examples, of the songs as well. The Blog is here:

Also useful, is he is doing a learn Egyptian Arabic Dialect Course through songs which I think is the perfect way to learn Egyptian Arabic!
It helps if you have already studied some Arabic and recognise the letters, I've only just checked it out but it looks good as the first song he breaks down is a Hakim song. The Blog is here:
