I did the counting last year on one of those web sites, but I kept on not eating enough calories according to them, but at the same time I was not loosing weight. I don't think they have an option for people with extremely low metabolisms. So I stopped doing it. I have been the same weight for a long time now so it's good.
But what I did like about the site was that you can be friends with people, so if you're on it with your friends, you can encourage each other there were also all sorts of forums as well. There was also a section where you can calculate how much exerts you do and how many calories your burn which is then calculated into what you eat each day.
