I've seen this before. You need to really know the movements for some of these descriptions to make sense. Its a nice supplemental written form but its almost a dictionary. it is not a place to go to learn the moves.

Hi teela-
I was mostly looking at it to see the definitions of certain moves and what else they might be called. I agree it's difficult to learn from anyone besides a live teacher. I have never heard anything called a 'gush'. Sideways movements, yes, but I have never heard them called that.

A gush is demonstrated on a Aradia's DVD of Egyptian, Lebanese, and Turkish combination DVD. If I remember correctly, its kind of a hip thrust that is out and kind of like a scoop. I can check it tonight and get back to you.
