Hey guys, I thought I'd come to you because your belly dancers (brilliant reasoning if i do say so myself) Im auditioning next saturday for this belly dance show in april where you have do be a famous charecter or person and do a dance dressed up as them. the song has to have some kind of relevance to the charecter your doing to.
Anyhoo heres what ive narrowed it down to:
Tinkerbell from peter pan-do you believe in magic by the loving spoonfull
or
Simba from the lion king-in the jungle

I love the charecter tinkerbell but i had so much trouble finding an upbeat sort of magic song, if i did tinkerbell it would definitly be to the song listed above, but coreography would be easier to do to in the jungle

i love simba too, but not as much as tinkerbell, but the song would be easier to coreograph too like a said.

With tinkerbell i would get a guy friend dressed as peter pan to wander out onto the stage and im dancing around him desperatly trying to get his attention and im just so darned furious id call a techie from backstage (not literally call, just beckon since i dont speak) whisper something into his ear, and he'd go backstage and then the music starts, and i do my little cute bouncy dance routine and peter pan finally starts to notice me while he's sitting there daydreaming.

simba id act like a cat basically but itd be a real fun dance.


advice please guys? im really desperate!

sorry guys its not that i didnt have patience but i just didnt have time since tdays my only free day for coreography i coreographed a dance for tinkerbell wish me luck in the audition!:shok :
