Question Is this a suitable song for a choreography?

I'm not exactly sure whether this is the right thread (if not let me know!), but I'd like to know whether the song Ezzay by Natacha Atlas is OK for dance? The words are fine I think, but I just wanted to check. I just love it!

"Let me swing in my thoughts
Let me convey to you sweet rebirth of the spring
Let us touch the stars and rejoice in the bond between mother and child
Ah, again and again and again
When your eyes smile I dream the sweetest dream of dreams again
Love is the sweet wave of the ocean of life
Love knows no colour, caste or creed
The love I speak of is the love that bonds like the prayer and the temple, like the stars and the night
Ah, again and again and again
When your eyes light up with hope, I dream that sweet dream of all dreams again"

Thanks for your help!

personally i find the nature of the song to be more condusive to improv but that could just be me! my former instructor used to dance to this song often with a veil and did lots of spins but i can't imagine it choreographed

Hi Adiemus,

Yes, it is OK to dance. But it is not a proper bellydance song. IMO, you can do your fantasy style dance to it. I like to dance to more traditonal songs.

Thanks Janaki - that's what I thought, although the words are lovely, it makes me think of spinning too Mya!
