hey there! i might need some help: i will certainly move to Cairo end of this year/start of next year. i was wondering if anyone could tell me how to find and get connected with places to perform. if anyone knows something, i'd be so thankfull for the help! cheers!

Lydia is right, Outi knows the best from us, as she lives and perform in Cairo the last years.
Just in general, you will need a lisence to be a dancer (from what I know its different for folklore group/dancers and different for bellydancers), this means alot of paperwork and time !!! The best is to find an agent also. Its a very tuff world but ofcourse for bellydancers its the best place on earth (or can be a living hell also !) Maria Aya, Greece |
