Default World Bellydance Day, Athens Greece Review!!!

Hi all !!!
If I have time this will be long post lol
So... in an informal way we started the celebrations on Thursday night when Lydia and her sweet students came in my studio, Ahmed Fekry had just arrived from airport and they took my class.
We had alot of fun and it was nice meeting for first time and being all together
Friday morning we all went together to Acropolis had pics etc and after to Thision for a cofee beside Ancient Athens, great conversations over dance, different cultures took place, laughing
On Friday night my dance studio hold a cultural event a show with the minimum of cost just to cover expences (we didnt lol) but we enjoyed it sooooooooooo much.
The show was a musical type with dancers and actors like going a trip to Cairo, at Khan Khalili and wedding after.
On Saturday (the actual bellydance day, but in Greece its custom to keep celebrations 3 days lol) I tought a free workshop "Throwing your Veil" we had around 25 dancers.
On afternoon Ahmed Ferky tought Melaya Leyf workshop, and on Sunday Saidi and Sha'aby.
For us the most moving and celebrating moment of the weekend was Saturday night at the Party we had at the studio where Lydia danced for us !!!!!!! I cant remember that night without my heart melting ....
She and her lovely students had prepared a full show for us with many surprises !!! with top of it that we got all in a circle to dance and Lydia took me in the center, and 2 of her students came dancing holding a Thob that was my gift from Lydia (i will not be in sentimental tears again grr kisses Lydiaaaaaa).
We miss already Lydia and her students !!! and Ahmed who kicked us at 3 amazing workshops plus tought privite lessons yesterday and was able to see him and admire his knowledge on coaching dancers!!! I highly recomend him, as he lives 10 years in Germany he have also the western type of being typical, professional and same time warm as person.

Many kisses from Greece
Photos and video to come
