Dear Chryssnthi, congratulation and it is a great accomplishment. I am sorry to hear about the flooding. In asia we call it evil eye and we say if something like this happen that means you are the talk of the town and many people are jelaous about it. As bad it sounds from the tone of your post, I can tell you that you are postive and strong person and you can survive anything. Love the pics, dancers and the cakes. I wish you all the best and hope to come and study with you soon.

I was lucky to find the place very fast (dew to a student of mine

) and there was very hard work to fix it and decorate it in a record time (only one month). But I am really happy that I have it, it makes my work lot more comfortable and enjoyable and my girls love it

In Greece we also believe that there is "bad eye" and I am sure the flooding had to do with it (yes, I am the talk of the town, because there is no other studio like mine here in our area. I wanted to create something very special and I did). But I had an expert cleaning the energies in the place and I convinced the owner of the building to change the water pipe, which was quite old, so I think that this problem is solved
