I understand that it's a fun word or whatnot ... I guess. It's just that it was a well-used word in hip-hop for a good while before it became part of the "mainstream jargon" and now it seems that folks have lost the ability to say "shiny" or "shimmery" or "fancy" or "glittery" or "embellished" or any number of other words and instead say "bling." It's just getting old to me. Anyway, moving on ...
