I think I've got it!!!!

I've been mulling over stage names for months, trying to pick out something suitable.... and I think I found it.

Miranda Phoenix

I went through many, many ethnic lists, but I'm thoroughly American, with pale skin, red hair and blue eyes - it's highly unlikely I'll ever be mistaken for a Middle Easterner. *smile* Additionally, I'm more interested (at this very, very early stage) in AmCab, a little Tribal / a little Goth... this name feels right for all of it.

What do you lovely ladies think?

(BTW, as best I can ascertain, it means "most admirable, immortal, dark red one".)

If you like it, thats what matters most. By the way, I made off with part of your signature in another forum, lol. But its "...oooh, shiny!!" at the end.

And yeah, you're right.... I think I was looking more to share my excitement at finally choosing my name than I was other folks' opinions on its fit for me. After all, who knows me better than I do?

Hey, I'm glad you found something you like! I'm not fond of most BD stage names, but yours is definitely unique and meaningful to you, which is most important. I think it is fun to say, too! *pretends to be an MC announcing you*

I think it's smart to have two names, also...that way you are far less likely to be confused with another dancer.
