Oh come on girls! Dont be so critical of the Hollywood movies messing with history! LOL After all they target the masses who have no clue what it is all about and never get to read the books they base the stuff on... All they need to achieve is that William Wallace was a Scottish hero and Becky Sharp the lady from Vanity Fair....

As for Knights Tale- it made me sick... I was much into all that Middle Ages stuff once upon a time and such movies just turn everying inside of me upside down.... Oh well if you know a bit of history then fine you can appreciate some tongue-in-cheek humor... but well there will be a lot of people go "Who the hell is Geoffrey Chaucer Anyway?"...

I suggest giving Moulin Rouge another try. 15 minutes in, seeing it in a theater, I was tugging at my husband telling him I HAD TO GET OUT. I was so irritated, I was confused, I needed air! LOL He suggested we give it just a few more minutes...and by the end I was totally sold, and now own the DVD. So maybe try again?

And I agree...having a little music and dance in every genre would lighten our country up, don't you think?
