Default Star Interviews

Greetings all,

Is there a star you would like to know more about? If so please share that person's name and we will see what we can do . To see a complete list of existing Star Interviews please browse this link Star Interviews

Suggestions need to be limited to nationally and internationally known dancers, choreographers etc.

I really love Amar Gamal. Other than that there's a couple of Hispanic dancers like Saida and Amir Thaleb fron Argentina that I'd like to see an interview.

Default Star Interviews

Dear Salome,
I would like to see more interviews with dancer from native countries,Egy[t, Turkey, Lebanon. They seem to have such a different view of the dance that it would be nice for us to hear them more.

Me too. There is so many Americans, that I haven't even heard at all or I only know the names now because I have been actively in the net for a couple of years.

There is a couple of great Europeans too:
- Reyhan (Germany)
- Nesma (Spain, worked in Egypt)
- Yasmina (England worked in Egypt)
- I don't know if she is really International Star material, but Amira is well know in Australia and she used to work in Gulf Area.
All these dancers do Egyptian style dancing.

There is also
- Layla Haddad (France, tunisian style)
- Khadeya El Oueslati (American living in Germany, tunisian style) and her husband Mustafa El Oueslati (Tunisian living in Germany)
- Nawal (France originally from Marocco. Nowadays she does a lot of Reda, but I think the Maroccon part could be interesting).

I don't really have preference of my own. I'm just listing options, you can even intrerview all of them.

Default Rhea

Dear Aya,
There used to be a dancer here in the States named Rhea. I was never sure if she was Greek and moved here for awhile and then back to Greece, or if she was American and moved to Greece permanently. Do you know if the Rhea you mentioned is the same one, and if she is American or Greek?
Regards,
A'isha
