Is this different from the HBO?BBC collaboration called 'The House of Saddam'?

It was in the uk a while ago and was really good. The fact that it was filmed by the boys themselves brought in a lot of humour to the project and I though it was great how they drew them from different religious and ethnic backgrounds!
