Maybe the squealing has an effect when they get swatted, as after one or two hits, they generally keep clear. Electric fly swatter

Maybe with the earth's dwindling food resources another use can be put to all the creepy crawlies ;

Dear Gang,
Yesterday one of those bugs posted himself right NEXT to my front door and stayed there all day. I was extremely nervous whenever I had to go in or out. This morning he was gone, much to my relief. But.... when I opened the back door to let my dog out, there were some on the screen and some on the patio. If anybody out there falls down between the screen and the screen guard today, they are on their own. I can't take the screaming involved in June Bug rescue. Regards, The heartless and cruel A'isha |

Dear Heartless and cruel lady , are you sure it was him (the June bug) , judging by your explanation and its behaviour I assume it was her.
![]() Regards D We still love you even if you are cruel .
