Hello Azeeza!

Same as usual here - too much work (yawn) and not enough belly dancing. But I did go to my first finger cymbals workshop on Sunday - they are so much fun!

Hope the bump in the road hasn't wreaked too much havoc with your suspension.

Ooh, finger cymbal workshop! How awesome!

And the undercarriage may need some work. LOL!

I've gained weight and I can't seem to lose it and I'm not feeling 100% normal. Can't quite put my finger on it, but I'll figure it out.

So, how is everyone else doing? Well, I hope!

Hello every-one :-) I was just surfing around and thought I'd have a peek around on this "Off Topic" thread .. I saw the dog youtube show that you posted Shanazel, what a riot, I was chuckling away to myself trying not to spit my coffee all over my moniter.. So any-way the thread is headed "popping in to say HI" I say Hello every-one, looks as though you are all well .. I'm still having trouble with my ears and balance, so dancing is still not on the cards .. I know what it's like to gain weight and try (very hard) to lose it Azeeza, when I first got ill with my ears I was bedded down for 8 weeks and the weight just piled on, now 6 months later I'm still trying to lose it !! but I have lost 10 kg so far have another 10 to go :-) I can do aerobics, falling over ungracfully, doing this is not shame job like it is when dancing .. LOL .. Keep well you guys :-)

Hi, Slinks! Another one lost in action, hmm? I had a bad problem with dizziness a couple of years ago and it really was a pain- my sympathies to you. More sympathies and empathy as well on the weight gain- I passed pleasantly plump last summer and have arrived at seriously zaftig, alas.

Time to do something about it, but I am so aware that "diet" is "die" spelled with a t.
