Unbelieveable!!! I have heard stories of people finding puppies wrapped up in bags alongside the road and also puppies put in a bag and put in bodies of water to drown them. There are so many people out there willing to take these pets, it must be just pure evil treating animals like this. It infuriates me that anyone could think like this.

I cannot believe these types of things are going on. I love animals, especially dogs, and I hate to hear of this kind of cruelty. These people should be locked up forever.
