Still have vinyl? I'm still buying it! When I visited Kharmine last summer, she took me to a wonderful place that had an entire upstairs filled with vinyl. I bought perfectly preserved replacements for albums I wore the tails off of back in the seventies.
PS just last month a woman who I never dreamed had ever listened to a piece of belly dance music brought me a cassette tape of Port Saiid. Truly the tackiest record cover ever produced. |
