Default Melaya music

I need some help finding "traditional" meleya music. Mostly I've seen dancers perform to pop-music, but I rather perform to music made for the meleya dance.

Anyone who can help?

- I have Cocktail Iskandarany in my CD Al Amoura.
- Yasmina (of Cairo) has milaya music in her newer CD Heya Di Yasmina. Ths is Iskandarany.
- Sahrazad (from Germany) has nice milaya song in her CD. I don't have that CD now here in Finland, but when I travel back to Cairo, I can check it. This has more balady type of lyrics.

ok...
- Magda Gaours-Boers (or somethign like that) made great Milaya in Si Abdo. She made before the music was even in CD. Now it's available in CD Exotic Balady.

- Oriental Fantasy has Sukkar Bulaq (?) in one of them. This one seems to be in Cairo, too.

- Amera has Wahyatak Habibi (nice CD). There is one song, which can be done with milaya: Eh el Hekaya.

I will try find more later.

Okay. I have not heard about the first one, but I have the others. What I want is something folkloric, maybe a bit old. I really like Ashraf Zakaria's melaya song on the Sahra Saeeda CD, but it is too long for me.

Spanish dancer Nesma has a nice track on her CD 'From the Nile to the Guadalquivir': NESMA Music

I highly recommend both her CDs and her DVD, they are all produced to a very high standard. I'd also recommend Nesma as a teacher, she's very precise and very knowledgeable.

I have her other CD, but sure I will buy that one too. Do Nesma have performance DVDs? I can only remember her rhythm DVD.
