Is there ANYONE who knows the artist (s) of a newer version of Zay el Hawa by Abdel Halim? I've only been able to find the older versions, but what I really need is the more modern upbeat versions, something that I can get my students moving to!
Oh yeah! there's also a newer version of this song on youtube the dance instructors name is Asi Haskal.......HE IS Wonderful!!!!! Thanks!>>>>>Samia |

when you say newer do you mean newer but still classical orchestra stuff, or do you mean club remix type stuff as in synthesized melody piped in over a relentlessly throbbing drum machine. Oops, my kurmudgeonliness is showing.
I have about a gajillion versions of this song in my music collection. I will check tomorrow and see if anything seems "new". I think Al Ahram Orchestra has a good version. Sedonia |

Hi there,
as you can see the 2 replies regarding Samia07ahmed's question in the "Hello Everyone!" thread have moved here and that thread is gone now. It's not missing I have merged the two because both threads asked the same question. All replies to Samia07ahmed's 'Zay el Hawa' question will be in this thread from now on.Happy posting ![]() |
