Just found this site - how many other Aussies are here?
I have a dance name - Sirena - but that's more aspirational than actual, as I'm a long way from being good enough to perform on stage except in an amateur troupe. I can dream, though!

Hello and welcome,
I'm from Melbourne. Coming up your way for the Trans/Tribal Fest in September. You've got lots of wonderful Teachers coming your way for the Festival. How long have you been dancing? What style does your troupe prefer? Chat 2 u soon. Lotus Dancer |

Welcome to the forums, from one newbie to another! It's so cool we have dancers from all over the world posting here. With so many dancers of different artistic perspectives and different cultures posting here, we'll have a great support network in this forum.
And have fun dancing; I used to be incredibly impatient about learning everything at once and performing as soon as possible. But as time passes by, I've realized that no matter where I am in the game, it's a journey worth enjoying. |

There are a LOT of Greek Australians, LOL! I'm not Greek myself, but I got married in Greece two years ago - on Santorini. Wonderful place!
