Hi, I'm Megan Jane...

Hi everyone, I found this forum yesterday and thought it was just what I was looking for to feed my belly dance obsession! I've been dancing off and on for a couple of years but now I've found a teacher I am really happy with, there's no way I'm stopping! I live in Adelaide (South Australia) and I'm a singer/songwriter/musician. My music could be described as rock/metal/gothic/alternative, so it may not seem like bellydancing would match it, but I love being creative

I'm starting to build up a Bellydance DVD collection and I really enjoy Neon's dancing. I'd also love to hear from anyone who can recommend some bellydance music to me, whether it's traditional or modern, wherever it comes from. I love listening to different styles of music. I find fast-paced dancing the most enjoyable, and have been known to even bellydance to Metallica...in the privacy of my own bedroom

I'm not sure what else to say about myself...
