"Tahtil Shibbak" lyrics and meaning.

Would anybody be able to help me with getting the lyrics of "Tahtil Shibbak"
I really love this song for some reason, actually i started basic assaya movements with this song..
but i so what to know what it means...

any answers would be gratefully appreciated.

also, one other thing about Assaya dance..it was explained to me that there is a word...or a command that is used in the music to signify that the cane, must be held up straight in the air, with hand gripped firmly around it, as if to show its importance to the audience.
i don't remember what the word is unfortunately, can anybody help with that too?

It's about an interesting guy walking past the girl's window. I think the title means "under my window" or "under the window".Have you searched this forum for it? I seem to remember it has come up before. Someone will probably give you the lyrics in a little while, oterwise I will look for them tonight.

Yes there was a big discussion about a translation people weren't happy about and I think Gypsy clarified some stuff.
