Hi folks,
Does anyone have an English translation for Si Abdo by Samy Aly? I'd love to do a Melaya Leff routine to it but I've read that it was banned in Egypt because the lyrics are too suggestive.

I believe I've seen them somewhere. I also read (and it does say on several webshops that carry middle eastern music) that this song (the entire recording) was banned in Egypt for it's content being too suggestive. I'll search for the lyrics. I don't know if I'll be able to get a translation/transliteration as well though.

Yes, you have the correct information, the song was banned in Egypt, not only that one, but several of his songs, all for the same reson...I'll serch for it a bit, if I find something, I'd be happy to help...
