Yep, it's Warsaw - now that I really look at it, I realize what an obvious clue the Polish-language banner is,

I thought the steamboat combined with French Creole architecture was a dead give-away. Zurah is right- it is New Orleans.
I knew Warsaw because my husband visited there in the late seventies, and told me the old town had been reconstructed after WWII to look as it had prior to being bombed out of existence. |

AAAAhhh haha It's Copenhagen!!! I thought it had a familiar air. I don't often see this part of the city from above but the landmark I sure recognised.
