I am not allowed to eat sweets anymore cause I eat too much so instead I'm nibbling on horrible manky celery and carrot sticks.
It's part of my new healthy kick.

Hey thanks you guys!! I don't eat much sweets or anything, but I'm a cookie addict lol, I've cut back massively on cookies as well though.
Hey Sara, aren't those salty sticks available in UK? I eat them when I really fancy a snack sometimes. They're basically just thin breadlike sticks with tiny pieces of salt stuck to it (there's another with sesame seeds I think), they're quite good I think and not much calories in there. Celery and carrot sticks aren't that bad either I guess. I've been eating them a lot too and have gotten used to them. Slinks, I battle with my weight all the time and used to be a lot bigger. Now I feel it's finally working out for me, but it's still hard to maintain sometimes. Dear Zurah, thank you, and have a nice trip!! Now for something new.. hmm.. I just discovered Fares Karam's music and love it (I don't have anything else to say really.. ) |

Awesome Yshka! How did you do it? I am also working on losing weight...Lots of veggies and fruit...H20 helps too! It is going to be hard tomorrow because my coworkers are having a pot luck lunch for someone who is leaving
Lots of nummy food. I will try a little of everything in small tiny tini portions![]() Hmmm...I just said something new about myself...I am also trying to lose weight and eat healthier. |

To continue the theme - I'm trying to NOT SNACK, failing a bit but trying to eat better things as snacks, to lose weight.
My name is Bronnie and I am addicted to this forum - sorry wrong forum. Most people don't know much about me here (yet) - but I'm recovering from concussion (6 months now), very slowly, and I have started my PhD looking at people who have chronic pain and are resilient (cope).

I am having a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for dinner right now. lol Late dinner because I have been so busy today. I guess I could eat healthier. I am going to Iowa...Corn field country this weekend for more cycle races for my son. |
