Thankyou! My husband and son are excited to race. One of the race's is called Snake Alley because of the windy roads going uphill on cobblestone. It should be interesting to watch. But it will be a long drive tomorrow...10 hours!

I have not been following the Tour of Italy closely. I know the big mountain stages are coming up soon however. I wonder if it will change things? Hope your doing well Karena

Ohhh...I still haven't been following the tour...Contador is in the lead and the biggest mountain stage is tomorrow. My son doesn't think he will hang on...It will be interesting to see.

I have a lingering cold or allergies and I am miserable...Still!

I am in a crisis situation in my life. My husband has a herniated disk with a fragment pressing a nerve UP against bone. The neurosurgeon says surgery within the week. The concern is loss of bowel and bladder and permanent damage to his left leg. Say a prayer for us and I will be thnking of everyone here. God Bless.

Thankyou for your positive thoughts Jane and Shanazel. Surgery is not until June 26th due to two neurosurgeons retiring 2 weeks ago. It was the soonest my husband could be scheduled with the areas top neurosurgeon, unless he loses function of his foot and bowel and bladder, (An emergency situation), my husband will have to endure another 1.5 weeks of pain. I have to keep reminding myself that there are people who are much worse off than us. We are a strong family and I know we will get through it just fine. Keep us in your thoughts and prayers.
