Only 10 mins? oh dear, I'm a sad addict

OK, my new thing about me is that my knee is slightly better today . I've been stuck in the house for well over a week hobbling about with what I think is very bad bursitis, and you can't imagine how great it is to see just a chink of light at the end of the tunnel. YAYYY!!!!

Ooh, gawd, you have my sympathies! I *hate* being stuck inside - I became addicted to reruns of Randall & Hopkirk (Deceased) and The Champions when I injured my ankles in February. I'm dead good at walking on flat surfaces now but both ankles swell up if I walk up and down steps (especially in Tube stations) too much. Dancing's a loooong way off for me!

My favorite way to spend free time is watching ghost and hauntings programs on tv. Or to rent really scary ghost movies. Or to spend hours online reading purportedly "true" ghost stories. Or to listen to other people's ghostly experiences...elderly folks especially have some interesting tales to tell.

Regards
Priscilla

You know, Priscilla, I have been on these forums for 400 years and have not seen any ghosts so far.....

Dear Priscilla,
I have been in two houses that were definitely haunted. It is not my favorite thing..... but it is incredibly interesting.

A'isha

That must have been some experience A'isha. I love to HEAR about other people's ghostly encounters...but I don't think I'd be so brave if I ever experienced something like that myself. I never have thank goodness!

Regards
Priscilla

Dear Priscilla,
Both times, I did not know the places were haunted, but I could very much FEEL that they were. Later, people who lived in the houses told me about the things they saw, heard, or otherwise witnessed. I asked some friends of mine in the metaphysics community to step in and investigate in one case. They did calm the activity down, but the house just refused to stay warm in the dead of winter, so my friend who lived there had to move. She saw and heard a LOT of weird stuff before the investigation. I basically only FELT weird things.
Regards,
A'isha

We just rented the new vampire movie...30 days is the name. It is about a small town in Alaska where there is no sunlight and it is night for 30 days! There is no way to get in or out of the town because they close down the airport. Rent that movie! It was pretty good actually. I am usually not a horror movie kind of person and I liked it.

Our neighbors moved out of the house across the street from me quickly and put their house on the market. Our mailman always liked the house and he wanted to buy it. He contacted the Real Estate agent and viewed the house. He says the lights turn on and off by themselves. He also says the light switched move up and down by themselves. I have looked over and lights have been on, then they have been turned off. The mailman also said he felt uncomfortable and cold while viewing this house.
