The video features Syrian master Arabic percussionist Faisal Zedan, who is known internationally for his fluent style and impeccable technique on several Middle Eastern percussion instruments. He is also recognized for his relaxed, yet focused, teaching style. This 2-hour drum instructional DVD features: - Essentials for beginner to intermediate level - 70 min. Arabic drum technique instruction - 25 min. Arabic rhythm demonstrations - 25 min. performance: solos and songs - On screen notation for all instruction - Hand close ups for easy viewing - Full belly dance drum solo in slow motion - Supplemental E-Book includes over 30 pages of information including: - All rhythms and exercises from the DVD plus variations - Vocabulary and traditions of Arabic drumming and music - Chapter by chapter commentary of the DVD - Practice Techniques and Tips - Faisal Zedan Biography How to play: Pick ONE card and type it in your post.
