Default Help with Saidi

Okie so i've been trying to learn more about Saidi because something about it is very down to earth and connects with me...i'm not so much into the flashy stuff all of the time.

I really want to learn more about it but my resources are limited in Trinidad and if my instructor knows anything about it she hasn't shared it with us. We just seem to do what i would say resembles AmCab alot..i'd be tempted to call it TriniCab though cuz we have alot of our own influences showing through in our style...some indian, some afrocentric movement, some latin type things occasionally..anyway i want to learn more about saidi

who can help?
anything i can read, or look at?
