IMO any costume that makes the viewer wonder if you've had a Brazilian wax is distracting. I can see how it could be an optical illusion and the skirt isn't actually as low slung as it looks, but.... why?

Well- It could be worse, and since it isn't actually a thong it's alright. Thongs are meant to be shown though, that's the whole point.

But I must admit why would you want that design? Maybe it wan't meant to look that way? I'm gunna give her the ebenfit of the doubt.

Ugh--in private sure. Or in strip clubs. Or in very particular settings. And they can be quite functional under certain costumes or clothing where you want to avoid the VPL, and it can be fun to know you've got a cute little something-something on under your clothes. But I have to tell you, if I never see another 40-year old with her rhinestone or bow-trimmed thong hanging out of her pants, that's perfectly fine with me. Frankly, I just don't need to be confronted with someone else's panties in casual settings, you know? :eek:

Ok, ok, no, NOT just 40 year olds. I really don't need to see *anyone's* panties in the grocery store/at the train stop/etc., and I generally feel there's no *good* age for a whale tail. But I guess I'm slightly more forgiving of it on the 16-20 crowd. I mean, really--it's not their fault, what with people like Jessica Simpson and Britney Spears setting trends for them. And besides...at that age their stuff stays put without wrangling anyway.

But...c'mon...anyone old enough to have mortgage ought to be old enough to afford pants that cover her a**...and worldwise enough to recognize that her unmentionables are of interest to everyone, so you don't need to display them publicly. By that standard, no, I don't want to see 32-year olds with their butt floss showing either.
