Found an outfit but can't contact the shop - please help

Hi Group,

I hope is okay to mention specific costumers here.

I have finally found what I want to buy as my first "real" belly dance costume. I love it. I got so excited. But now, alas, I get no answer from their e-mail and also no reply from their sister store that sells ballroom dancing costumes.

It was so hard to find something I love at a price I can afford. I'm sure I don't need to tell you all here how long just looking at the various outfits out there takes let along choosing one. Having to go through it all again would be very disheartening.

I'm trying not to panic. I have until September when my performance is on. I haven't phoned so far because of the time difference (I'm in Australia) but I can put my alarm on to phone them in the middle of the night if it comes to that.

So, I thought first I'd try here. Does anybody know if this business is still as thriving as it seems to be from their websites. Does anybody have any idea how else I might contact them? Another e-mail address? Perhaps the one I am trying is old? Is anybody local to them who shops with them up to date with their contact details?

Eagerly awaiting any replies.

Which shop is that Chani? Im now curious about the costume you like! But you prolly yourself know to beware of traders that dont reply fast.....

I dunno, Chani. If the vender is this hard to contact in order to buy something from them, how hard might they be to contact if something is wrong with the order?

Sorry for my absence. The kids and I have been down with the flu - all better now.

The shop is a very well established costumer.

Shanazel, I agree that the non reply might look suspect but I initially chose them because two of my dance instructors recommended them. They've used them numerous times and always had great fast service and been pleased with the costumes. They thought it was weird that I got not reply also because they are a really big company.

So far this is what I have tried.

The e-mail address form their belly dance costume website - no reply.
The e-mail address form their ballroom dance costume website - no reply.
The e-mail address form their main office - no reply.
My husband got up at 4am to phone their bd costume office but got no reply.

It's so strange but I'm still holding out hope because their prices are awesome for the quality and I really fancy that brown/bronzey outfit.

Robynne, that's so kind of you to phone them for me. Perhaps during working hours will get a response. Their details listed on their website is:

I tried to call, and it says that they are closed through Monday, May 5th, and the memory is full. I dont know what to tell you, darlin.
