Skin tone and costume color?

I'm rather pale right now, but I tan up to a golden medium. Which costume colors would you recommend for a light - medium golden tan? That sounds somewhat tan but I find it's rather washed out looking and paler in dim lights. Also my hair is dark brown, though I keep looking at it and wondering how it'd look somewhat lighter..... My eyes are very blue, a lot like in Salome's avatar she uses here.

I'm thinking very seriously on an icy, crystal blue set I found, which should be lighter than my skin and be interesting for anyone close enough and in good enough lighting to see my eye color too.

Think about turquoise (my favourite colour!!), or perhaps rose pink, gold - although it depends on whether your skin is blue-based or yellow-based.
I don't tan very dark, and am more on the yellow end than pink, and I've got turquoise, rose pink, and green/blue - and copper!!
