Well, edible clothing could include anything made out of wool, a delicacy for the wool-eating moths that the university extension service swears we don't have in Wyoming. My best wool coat and vintage wool rug beg to differ. However, I don't have a wool belly dance costume, so feel relatively safe. My daughter once made me a fancy necklace out of gold-painted macaroni- does that count? I proudly wore it to more than one hafla.

Hmmm..Crunchy gold macaroni! Isn't it amazing what we do for our children? I remember getting this angel made out of a shell from my son to hang on the christmas tree...I am proud to say I still display it on the tree...Towards the back...lol

Oh, that's a relief! I thought someone was going to post a photo of someone in edible chocolate bedleh or something!

Haahaaahaaa, woolly bedleh?! Nice Aran chunky job with cable stitching and wool fringe . What about a sensible Harris tweed skirt to go with it? A circle and a half of that would weigh a ton... (but very hardwearing, apparently).

Oh no, Aniseteph! You are going to get people to start bellydancing in full Highland dress pretty soon!

Don't forget the sensible brogues and a string of pearls.
