This is the ugliest hip scarf I have seen so far... The "fringe" reminds me of a plucked chicken. And how in the world can this scarf cost 30 dollars?!

Well, duh, hello? Isn't it obvious? This costume is for nursing mothers who are experiencing some leakage problems. Those are milk pads. (It must be related to the lactation bedlah posted earlier.)
