Are these like real bells with something inside of them that make the jingle sound? Are these the ones that are used on bracelets and anklets?

These are used on anklets, bracelets, belts, and skirts. They are real Indian bells, but they have nothing inside them. You have to put them in groups of 2 or 3; they "ring" by hitting each other, so one bell by itself won't ring at all. They ring high and clear, they tinkle instead of jingling.

I love this kind of bell.

ok thank you so much!!! That was very informative! I have no idea how to many jewlery but a friend does, maybe should could make me something. they are so darn cheap!
