Level: Advance-Professional Workshops
45 min body conditioning compulsory for every dancer so that’s what you will get first

Bring mat for the Body conditioning.

Hello there! How much does your Beginners' Workshop cost? Ah - sorry, just checked your website and see that it is a VERY reasonable £30.

What does 'Open Level' mean for the afternoon session?

Open level means open to every one to attend..Its all about learning to improvise..

Thanks for getting back to me :-) In all honesty, would someone whose first steps in bellydancing were at your morning session be able to take part, or is it really for folks that know what they're doing?

Its open to all, its really trying to make you aware of your muscles and is perfect for beginners as it teaches how to start letting go and understanding your muscles..

I use thats technique myself since I was young training in this art.
