I'll have a look at them both. That sounds like what I'm looking for, both of em actually.

Cheers

Default Suhaila Salimpour videos

Funny I found this thread, I was actually going to post a question on this exact topic and, while looking for the best place to put it, found this thread instead!

Anyway, my instructor recommended the Suhaila Salimpour fitness videos, but the reviews on Amazon were very mixed. I'll start my third 5-week bd class next week, so I'm still very much a beginner. How difficult are these videos for someone with only beginner bd experience? There were some negative reviews, but it was hard to know if those were all from people with no bd experience at all, and hopefully I should be a little bit past that.

For no experience at all, I will try the Neena and Veena's fitness series. If you stay taking the classes and when you become more experienced you might want to try the others. Be mindful that some of the videos like Suhailas, Rania, and others they presume you already know the moves. Others, think that you are in an excellent and formidable cardiovascular shape. (This happened to me : ( ) And it will take some time of trying to do the whole program. But don't get frustrated... I did it!! You can too!!

I have the Pilates and Buns. I think the buns is very good and the pilates is brilliant for my purposes. They are drills and exercises to help your strength for the drills and dance. The clarity of explanation and demonstration is excellent.
