Big Grin Are you happy with your weight?

Please vote anonimously!

Let us see the big picture for this forum! LOL

I am concerned about the state of my body at the moment.... not that much about the weight per se but the general lack of energy and flabby muscules... I think I need to shape up a bit, and after all weight is just a number.... Some want to gain weight some want to lose, but all we actually want is be comfortable in own body and be healthy of course....

So your turn!

Love and hugs,
Reen.Blom

I'm happy with my weight. I'm a tiny bit underweighted, but I look just slim and not skinny like when I was a child.

I'm definitely not happy with my weight, that's why I'm still fighting to get rid of it! 48 lbs (22 kg) gone, about the same to go...

I'm happy with my weight! I weigh a whopping 152 lbs.....mostly muscle though. So weight is definitely a number especially when I know if I weighed 120 lbs I'd look emaciated, no curves, no muscle, no strength...no nothing!!!

I have been battling the "midriff" bulge since I went menopausal. This has also increased my bust size which I really dislike. I could cope with the tummy better if the boobs were smaller. Actually if I had the money I absolutely would have a breast reduction.

I keep telling myself that I am perfectly OK <sigh> this "positive talk" has had no effect - but I keep talking and exercising and dancingUntil my 2nd/3rd year into meno I was a good weight and was very "proud" of my flat tum and neat boobs ... so you see as 'tis said Pride cometh before the fall ( or should I say meno blowout!) I want a magic pill that you take once and ...poof! everything is perfect... hello scientists I am waiting & waiting & waiting ... did I say I am still waiting?

No, I am not. Although I have lost 14 lbs during the last two years, I still need to do a lot, because I have flabby abs, arms, legs, and the rest... ((sigh)). I think "bellydance" has helped me a lot with my self image, but I know I have a lot of work to do.

Awww Mosaic,

I am also battling the large breast dilemna. I just noticed you are Australian? Perhaps your insurance pays for reductions? My insurance does pay. The backbone is the groves that the bra straps leaves on your shoulders and from having backpain. I have heard it is a painful surgery and a long recovery. I have also heard "RUMORS" of mishaps during surgery. One such is a doctor did not reattach a nipple, causing the nipple to have to be removed. That kinda scares me a bit. I would imagine the trick to feeling secure about such a surgery is having the best doctor. Good luck to you and keep on trying Hugs.

I am fine with my weight, whatever it is. But I am unhappy with my SIZE.
I find weight to not be a good way to measure how I feel about me. It's how I fit in my clothes, and what fashions are made available to me at my size, that makes me feel good or bad.
