Apparently most diet drinks have a lot of caffenine, this gives an energy rush and when the rush ends you feel hungry and snack.Maybe this is a reason?

Well there are many diet drinks without any coffeine on them.I do not believe that if you stop drinking soda can help you lose weight!I work in a company for health and diet products and beeing overweight it is not so simle as i looks.I am not skinny οr even thin at all but i like my body as it looks.

I can't remember when I was last 'happy' bout my weight, I think I weigh about 150 lbs for about 5 ft 8. I have been going on and off on diets for the past few years, started again a few weeks ago, and then within a few weeks I will give up again. My goal is yet again set on getting fit before the summer, each year goes like this I wanna lose 11 more pounds...

lack of character I guess

Y'know, I sometimes get the feeling that people are just sized the way they are. Like dog breeds: some are Chihuahuas, others are Rottweilers, and they're all still dogs! I think a major change in viewpoint is needed about beauty in general, for both men and women.

I lost 20lbs about a year ago and I have now put about 6 back on. I asked for a LUSH Easter egg and I got a chocolate one as well, plus my partner always asks me for a chocolate egg and then leaves it for me to eat.
Well actually the reason was the Christmas cake. this is my favourite thing to eat ever, which is why I don't like to have one in the house. My beloved made one last year, which i managed not to eat. He re-iced it this year and i still ignored it until march, when I had one slice and then tore into it. I ate 3/4 of a large christmas cake in 2 weeks before I threw the rest away. does anyone else have a deadly food that they just can't have in the house. I am lucky mine is christmas cake, because it usually easy not to have it around!!

Cream. I have been known to stand in front of the refrigerator and chug cream straight from the carton.

Crusty-chewy sourdough bread

Walker's shortbread: three simple ingredients: flour, sugar, butter

I generally do not keep any sweets in the house except bittersweet chocolate, and only high fiber thin sliced bread, which tastes neither good nor bad thus I don't overeat it.

My kryptonite, so to speak, is cheese. Mostly goat cheese but I really am a turophile (cheese fancier) so artisan cheeses and the like! Otherwise I am a very healthy eater.
