im new here and am just starting out...yep! that's me...the newbie
![]() i am about 15-20lbs overweight and not toned in the midsection anymore since my last baby 2yrs ago. I admit its my fault for slacking in the excersice department but what my question is... to get toned back up in the midsection from dancing how long and how much practice should be done ??? daily or bi-daily?? ![]() when should i start to see results? i have also started to eat better too. ![]() |

They come in a 4-disc box set as well, which is confusingly titled "Bellydance for Body Sculpting". I'm going to order them soon. I think Neon is great, so I'm looking forward to using her other DVD's (have ordered; waiting to be shipped).
I'd recommend doing some workouts other than dancing. I do a lot of yoga. I also enjoy Billy Blank's Bootcamp DVD's (he's the Tae-Bo guy). |
