Ooh, looks interesting, very full of information. Don't even know where to start from... Yoga snacks is a very cool thing! And it is not (unfortunately) about cookies but about bits of yoga one can fit into their normal daily routine.

The audio meditations don't seem to work for me though

I just clicked one and I didn't hear or see anything.

not sure why the audio won't work for you moon.

the yoga snacks are awesome and highly addictive too!

What do you hear when you click it?

well for me,the music starts and lady speaks through,depending on which audio I have selected.
though for now,you know theres instructions and moving diagrams which will realy help you follow along.

do you give the audio plenty of time to come on?
