I've lost 2 pounds since taking up Shanazel on her bet -- then I gained it back and lost it again! I'm on deadline with writing assignments, and my schedule has gone completely flummoxed.

Must. Exercise.

That's because you love me, Kharmine, and wouldn't want me to feel bad about the two pound bounce I've been doing myself.

I went back to the gym and signed up for an attitude adjustment class that the county extension service is offering. One of my friends, who is also one of my students, took the class and loved it, though as she says she is ' no fatter, no skinnier" than when she started. The comment of another class taker was, "Lori is really fit and can kick anybody's butt." She can, too. The class is an anti-diet pro-healthy habits format. We shall see what we shall see.

It's always good to work together when losing weight, they say that you will be 3 times more successful if you have someone else to help motivate you.

hehehehehehe!!! am VERY familiar w/ that song... but have you heard the "big balls" song by AC/DC??? we have modified it for big butts....
"my butt is always bouncing... from the left & to the right....
it is my belief that my big butt should be held every night...
but
who's got the biggest butt of them all????

I've got a big butt,
you've gott a big butt....
but she's got the biggest butt of them all......"

ooops sorry, I digress...
meanwhile.... am bouncing my big butt all over class... & lets face it....
it serves me well!!!! ( but thank god I am not a samba dancer.... looks much better bouncing UNDER a costume than without one!!!! ...ooops TMI.... but just you wait all you young-uns out there!!!!)

I do not know about that diet, but the best diet is taking it slow and eating foods rich in all the vitamins that your body needs.

Re: our lovely butts.

Have you heard the song that goes, "Fat bottomed girls, you make the lovin' world go round."

Or something like that.

Day three back at the free weights and long uphill walks. Poor knees- they say that there is too much of the rest of me for them to bear in comfort. Guess I need to do something nice for my knees- after all, they are original equipment and I have grown fond of them.
