Well I suppose if you truely want to do "Rachel" stype then that's the way to go, because it is not in some 'moves' that she does, but HOW she does them. Suppose she achieved what she did through her amazing muscule control and flexibility, doing a lot of yoga.
If one expects a 'quick fix DVD' that would teach THAT in an hour, too bad then....
