Right now we are doing a combination of gentler exercises to bring her up to a level where she can handle more intense working out. At this point, we're working with a combination of CrossFit with yoga and pilates (I'm working on yoga certfication at this time) in combination with the resistance training to get her stronger without sacrificing her flexibility.
yes, her core is key.
