I have Windows Vista in a new HP computer. It WAS in a little tower, but, after only 1 1/2 years something inside it burned up and I had to have the motherboard rebuilt.... or something like that. At least that is what I was told by the computer guys. Now the new innards fit into a bigger tower. One day I woke up and the damned thing would not let me in. It had been acting a little strange for awhile, but I always think its ME, since I am a complete computer moron. I have Tony,Terry, and Tom who are my personal "Geek Squad". Tony and Tom both love Vista and Terry likes XP more. I like Windows 98 myself and wish it was back. I at least felt like it understood me, whereas these later versions seem to think I am too beneath their intelligence levels.... and they are right, but hey, I learn something new every year or so and Vista should have patience with that instead of blowing its own mind with my incredible stupidity!! And don't EVEN try to tell me that my computer is not a sentient being. If I threaten to call one of the mean babysitters ( also known as the Three Ts), that usually solves most problems.
